Attached are three documents/photos that update this thread. The first is the Control Electrical Specifications spreadsheet which I am using to try to keep all the voltages and currents compatible. Too much information to keep in your head. The second document is a Wiring Log which is a day by day log of the wiring steps. I plan to use this for trouble shooting when there is no joy. Last, I have a photo of the components mounted and wired on the pegboard. Now that I have to Arduinos power I can start checking the software by lighting LEDs etc.

Off_Oil Pump_Run Contol Wiring Log
Date
18-May-18 Bolt angle to pegboard on left side
18-May-18 Mount keyed switch. Turn counterclock wise to Acc., Turn clockwise to On., Spring Loaded Start clockwise to Start.
18-May-18 Mount Estop switch. Note that turning the knob clockwise per arrow release the stop obtain by pushing the knob down.
19-May-18 Mounted components to pegboard (2" hole centers on most components). Note one MOSFET not needed for 2nd oil pump.
30-May-18 Bolted solenoid to pegboard. Fabricated positive battery wire to switch using 14 AWG( 15 to 20 amperes rating) wire.
31-May-18 Connected wire to keyed switch BAT terminal. Fabricated wire from keyed switch ON termincal to Estop switch usin 14 AWG wire.
2-Jun-18 Connect hookup wire to keyed switch ON terminal with 1k resistor, 3A fuse and LED to emolate Oil Pump #1 start. Long leg of LED is toward positve.
3-Jun-18 Wired Estop and pushbutton switchs and used an LED to verify operation.
4-Jun-18 Added LED to verify current and voltage after Icstation voltage regulator (3 amperes Max). Set voltage regulator at 8.48 volts. I could not adjusted voltage regulator to 9 volts as advertized. Connected barrel connectors to Arduinos.
5-Jun-18 Connect barrel connector wiring to the voltage regulator thruough a 1 ampere circuit breaker. The ground is attached to the negative battery terminal. LEDs on Arduinos were lit after powering.
Thanks, Ron
