Hi
You won't produce 10 kgs of thrust unless you use afterburn .
If you must use liquid fuel , then a simple, suitably sized oil burner spray nozzle and automotive EFI fuel pump will do the job

Tach , you'll find hard to find .
As for gauges , maybe cut back to just oil pressure , P2 pressure which can be used in place of tach , and TOT K type thermometer

I need more info/specs of your turbo to give you more specific details Displacement 3.9L, 3900 ccm KW 81/110 HP Angle α (compressor housing) 201° Angle β (turbine housing) 0° Compressor Wheel Ind: 40.1 mm, Exd: 67.97 mm, 6+6 Blades Turbine Wheel Ind: 65 mm, Exd: 52 mm, Trim 5.01, 12 Blades Pressure Actuator 1.800 bar Turbine housing A/R 6 Compressor housing 0.6 SDT Turbocharger HX30W, Model 3592015 It would be helpful if i get to understand these calculations and the theoretical concept behind it, many formulas seems to me that are based on experiments.

Hi Thanks for the wheel sizes . Your turbine stage appears to be "oversized" with the turb exducer being 68% greater in area than the comp inducer, so your compressor might flow further into the high flow region of its map with lower efficiency , but without a turbine map its impossible to know what your 0.6 A/R turb scroll will flow ..............trial and error testing of the engine is the only option as theres virtually no maps available for Holset turbos and theres a lot of HX30W variants www.turbomaster.info/catalogos/modelo.php?base=holset&pagina=HX30W. You'll need to lock the wastegate shut Cheers John

Hey guys, Whats the arrangement is like for a fiber optic sensor like omron, how does it work, what are the components involved?

Looking to produce thrust more than 10kgf With a tiny 40mm inducer you'll struggle to get 10kgf of thrust....also, there's not much difference between LPG and kerosene with regards thrust. Smithy.
