Some pics taken by other photographers: Notice the duct taped rear end of Olov, a last minute modification so his arse wouldn´t rip if he opened his mouth at speed... Cheers! /Anders

Hi Anders
What was Olov's thoughts on what went wrong , I noticed in the video he'd throttled back well before hitting the snow ?
The turbos should be OK for a bit of snow ingestion .
A new design .............this will be interesting :-)
Cheers John

A new design .............this will be interesting :-) Cheers John Hi John, Olov throttled back since he was running out of track, it had been shortened because of a large crack in the ice which made the braking section only 300 meters. Without any means of braking he decided to abort the run to avoid running into the crack. Nothing at all wrong in other words, the problems came when the kick sled started sliding sidewards when it lost the jet push from behind. The turbos feel just fine, so we have high hopes for the engine test. Interesting indeed. Cheers! /Anders

Hi Anders
Olov must have been doing a decent speed before throttling back .
All the best with the test firing :-)
Cheers John
