what would happen if i design for 1150 but run hotter would it choke the turbine or would you just flow the same ammount of gas faster?

Because your gases are hotter you won't need as much pressure drop across the stage to provide the require power for the comp , you'll still need the same total gas deflection to produce the horsepower though.
Yep, do the calcs and see what happens.
One other thing , your wheels bore of 12/13 mm could be a tad small , I think a 15-16 mm size as a minimum might be better , that turb wheel is going to be a decent weight lump and its gotta cope with higher temp than the 11 mm dia comp quill at the other end of the shaft ,which in itself is going to be a tad undersized for the near 400 HP horsepower going through it to drive the comp.
