i made the ngv angle to be 20degree from the tangential, those might be wrong but its my starting point. seeing every parts around me will make me understand more on the corrections we about to make.

Hi Chuks, Great looking engine, thanks for posting the pictures. You can tell many hours went into this build. So, is your problem with the bearings? Are you using standard ball bearings (with a ball cage), or angular contact full compliment (no cage) bearings? If angular contact bearings are used, they need pre-load, usually by means of a spring or wave washer. Jeff hi jetjeff, it took about 4months to get the machining done, i used them to learn how to use lathe machine and the others. i used standard ball bearing with wave washer but because am not yet good with machining i got so many extra clearance that results to oil leakage with the help of this forum am gonna correct that with my new standard turbo kits. thanks

I bend the last ~6 mm of my injectors ~45 degrees so the fuel squirts onto the evaporator inner wall.
The inlet into your evaporators should have a clean entry , you may need to grind away some of the welds ,
What size are your evaporators ??
Cheers John
