What engine did the hx 80 come off the friend who gave them to me thinks they may be off of a large diesel generator, but he cant be sure exactly as they were kicking around the workshop for quite a while before he started there.

im back in the shed now and while my focus is getting my original 76mm jet perfected i have removed the turbine housings of these cute little turbochargers. not surprisingly the cast housing weighs about 2/3rds of the total weight of the entire unit ill actually weigh them some day but i guess the housing is about 15kg on its own. the mesurments are as follows compressor- inducer: 99mm exducer: 136mm hub: 35.5mm blades: 8 x 8 turbine- inducer: 128/129mm inducer tip height: 20mm exducer: 106mm hub: 33.5mm blades: 11 i also found the a/r number stamped on the inside of the scroll it is 51 also i no longer have 2 but 3 identical turbos in working order and if its not ridiculous id like to use all 3 with a single chamber and make some monster of a jet with it but those housings will need to be lightened or remade out of thiner plate if i have any hope of using them together in one unit

Nope all still sitting in the shed un-touched. I don't currently have time unfortunately. Maybe in a year or so
