No that was NOT Good at all, infact it was devastating!! My thoughts are many now,how Good is a chinese replacement?what is your experience there John?.....a bearing housing is one thing BUT a turbine wheel is a totally different thing.

Hello guys! A update on my project, today i managed to separate the turbine housing/heatshield, i had to use a press and press on the turbine wheel...forcing the heatshield out,the turbine wheel seem to be ok i Think, can not see any damage to it The heatshield look a bit sad after my violence to it trying to BONK it out with a drift, screwdrivers etc..... now i need to find a serviceable bearing housing!! Anyone in here might have such?

Hi Stephan Heat the entire assembly , and put ice into the heatshield , it should contract away from the thicker scroll Cheers John Thank you John for the idea how to Free it....in fact i got it to move 2mm or so then it stucked again, then you drive it back and so forth....i do have availability to a induction heater where you really can heat it up glowing red

Hello Chris! Thank you for your input, highly appreciated my friend I have put together the compressor housing and the compressor back plate, these Will be put to storage together with the mambatek compressor wheel for the future! Work continue trying to Free up that stucked heatshield in the turbine housing without hurting turbine wheel...that might be Difficult because i have to get in between the turbine blades with Metal drifts trying to Free the heatshield (It is made of cast iron) and has become one with turbine housing....
