Hi every one, well time to start a new project It will be based around a HX 82 comp wheel with an inducer of 102, exducer 152.02... using a HX 82 turbine wheel Been playing with some new software over last two days, blow are some practice drawings... nothing to spec yet. Once i have detailed drawings done, i will be working with a local company to get the front cover, back plate and bellmouth CNC machined Thank you in advance for any help you give me :-)

Hi Andy,
Money Pit,,,that's funny. Wow,,,152.02 compressor, what a monster. You planning a radial or axial turbine?
Jetbeetles's 145 mm axial turbine would undoubtably work with your comp wheel, if you decide to go that route.
Regards
Jeff

Regards Jeff Hi Jeff At the moment the plan is to use HX 82 turbine wheel, but things may change as time goes on... just got to get head around the CAD software, drawings are ok.... but need to make sure all will work when materials go to the CNC machine Thanks Andy

Hi Andy, can you share more details on the HX 82 turbine wheel? such as the overall shaft length compared with the TV 94 turbine wheel.

Andy, If you are a beginner at CAD, you're doing real damn good. Tony Hi Tony I have used Autodesk CAD for a few years, i have Autodesk 3D version, but never got on with it. But this Freecad 3D just works in a way i get on with, its free source and lots of free youtube videos on how things work, also works with 3D animation Blender i have worked with in the past... Freecad even has meterail testing in, lots of online help free Thanks Andy
