Hello all im looking for a complete fuel controller (Pump & Governor) or parts to repair mine.I had a small piece of steel go thru mine locking up the pump gears. gears are fine but the input shaft broke and the little spindled shaft that sticks out of the governor broke. the two broke parts would be great if some one has them.

You could always build an electronic governor with a variable speed fuel pump. You would need a speed signal but there are a lot of commercial turbocharger speed pickups that could be applicable.

I have built a system using a electric pump problem is i have no idea what fuel pressure should be .manual said 500 rpm pump speed is 50 psi and 3650 rpm max pump speed is 3800 psi and thats all it said? 3800psi seems kind of high to me.it does not say if this is before governor or after governor.

How much fuel do you need to light off? Do a bucket test to find RPM for that amount of fuel. I believe the flights works pumps are positive displacement. The fuel flow will not change with piping but with RPM.
