Hi guys,
After this funny weekend, I decided to change the engines air intake.
Before I had to disassemaly almost everything, to get the rotor out. The front cover and air intake was one piece.
Now I can screw off only the intake and I am able to remove the comp wheel.
After half a year not running, the engine performed very well during the ice sled action.
Testrun soon with afterburner and measuring some thrust.

Ha! I´d add a bar between the seat and steering column if I were you, might get a bit wobbly at speed as it is now...

Hi John,
I want to install my adjustable nozzle again to get a better thrust control.
If the burner is off, then "only" 35 Kg at 2 bar are available. I will test some different flame tubes.
Without any flame tube, the thrust is ~40 Kg, but with the ~450 air holes, the drag and turbulences inside are much higher.
Max rpm was 62 000 in the video. So still 8000 to go.

Hi Ralph,
The sound in a 5 Meter distance and 45° to the exhaust is brutal.
You feel the power of the air stream and combustion in your stomach.😁
