Hi,
covered a lot of holes from the flame tube. I hope to get more cooling air to the end of the a/b shortly before the nozzle.
Maybe I can create a layer of egt air and the very hot flame tube air, to prevent nozzle glowing too much.
Will see😉
The ngv arrived my friend for welding.

Hi,
Yesterday the ngv came back from welding, (DANKE MATTHIAS) so spent the morning to fit it into the outer part.
Some grinding hours later, it fits perfectly.
Have to do some conbustion chamber adjustments, because of the new ngv inner diameter. Need a flange for the inner flametube, but no problem👍

Hi,
added some nice colors to the new ngv.
Today I will test the engine a bit more than 5 minutes in my garden.
Video will follow in the evening👍

Hi guys,
The testrun today was in summary nothing new🙄
Almost the same behavior than with the old ngv.
The sound did change a bit and the temps going down to 430°C egt at 1,4 Bar P2.
The T2 is still high, 110°C at 9°C OAT. AT 1,4 Bar P2, the T2 was 140°C.
I still dont know, where the "problem" is.
Here is the latest video from the ngv build and the first start. Tomorrow I will upload the todays testrun.
Cheers Andy
