If using propane the engine will pretty much work no matter how badly things are constructed as long as the propane is injected radially within the flametube through at least 6 equally spaced holes with NO AXIAL INJECTION , and there isn't a regulator fitted for the fuel .
What is actually wrong with your engines performance, more info please ??

I ended up figuring it out on my own. Video link below.

Congratulations :-) So what was required to get it running ?? Its a fairly large turbo to run on gaseous propane , time to get some liquid fuel into her . With your lubrication , it might pay to check out the relevant info here jetandturbineowners.proboards.com/thread/680/diy-turbines just click on the icons . Cheers John

Cheers John Thanks racket, I created an "impinging doublet" nozzle (hopefully to work with kerosene later). I'm starting to mock up a kerosene fuel system now.

Hi
That was creative :-)
You'll need a different system with kero , a hollow cone pattern spray nozzle is prefered , kero is a very different fuel to propane , its much more difficult to get "right" , and unless you want to spend a lot of development time on it , probably better to go with a conventional setup, we need fine atomisation and good fuel/air mixing .
I'll be looking forward to seeing her fired up on kero :-)
Cheers John

I made another video, starting to figure out how to operate it.

Congratulations :-)
It takes us all a while to know what our engines require , every engine is different .
Looking forward to more
Cheers John
