I would be concerned about that large fuel leak that you have got on the reheat fuel feed, that plume of white smoke near the turbine scroll isn't just the heat wrap smoking as its only there when the reheat is on. Richard S. Mine has turbine impingement. It works, but Im thinking it consumes way more air than if it were on the compressor side. I dont think I have any photos of it, but mine's just a 1/4" stainless hose going into a 1/8" fitting that's been threaded into a hole drilled in the turbine housing. Makes for a cool sounding start up. www.youtube.com/watch?v=pn4k-LLZAn0

I originally thought it might have been coming from the v-band that attaches the AB to the turbine, but now that I look back on it, I think it's coming from the pass-through "bulkhead" fitting that goes through the AB wall. I could just run a weld around it, locking the fuel nozzle in place and sealing the leak at the same time, two birds with one stone as they say, but Im still looking for materials to fabricate a fuel ring for the AB before I make it a permanent to the AB.

Twice now I haven't gotten any reading out of it while the engine is running, but I've tested it while off the kart and it works fine. If I had to take an educated guess, I'd say the probe is getting nothing but "cool" bypass air or it's not far enough into the gas stream to read anything. My TOT was reading a little high, but I believe my exhaust nozzle was still a bit small. I've opened it up another 10mm to bring temps down some more. Trial and error.

Shift it to downstream of the turbine wheel
