What is it used for? My guess is it's a cheap gas generator maybe to drive a free turbine or for heating? The little valve suggests maybe it makes bleed air for something? I wouldn't worry about the oil running out, it's just the way turbochargers are. Can you gibe us some details on the fuel and oil systems? Have you ever seen the tech document that's floating around detailing a turbocharger based afterburning turbojet? Many here used that afterburner design (which I think isn't so good)

Hi Chris, John W said it might have been use for a fogger. I'll get more details on fuel and oil systems soon, so far what you can see in these pics the oil pump is a gear type and 24 volt motor there is some specs on the 24 volt motor, I'll write them down latter today fuel pump i don't see any specs on this one need to look at the other one which is at Andrews, the fuel nozzel is at the bottom of the cc. The other systems are mill spec. I do have a full tech document on a similar turbojet with afterburner on cd built by Garrett see pic, but not on this one. Cheers, Mark... Attachments:

Hi Stephan, Yes there are some odd turbine around. Bruce from Avon Aero has some rare JFS 190 turbines for sale Cheers, Mark..

ok, too bad that i have bad experience with dealing with Bruce,it sorta costed me alot of money for no reason, sorry but i avoid dealing with bruce after that.if you want to know why i can private message you/ stephan
