Hey Andy, The bike looks epic in every way The plumbing is a work of art too! (you should bring it to SCR and give us a sneek-peak, I'll be bringing my M701 this year)

Nice start! Ball bearings are way more forgiving than the damn journal bearings on the TV94 rotor.
A bit hot TOT though judging from the glowing power turbine inlet cone, what temp did it reach?
Why did it smoke and flame like it did, excessive bearing lubrication?
Cheers! /Anders

Hi Andy, Just got off the phone with John as he told me you had a test up your sleeve. Congratulations...scary isn't it LOL All I can say about the ride you are about to have on a Jetbike...more scary, but shitloads of fun. A great shame we can't all be there with you to share the excitement, noise and smell of another turbine bike ripping up the road like so many others have not been able to do, so please keep the vids coming. Anders..your turn soon LOL Got all my starter whoas under control for the moment (for the 'moment' heh heh) so had my own test run on thursday, but apart from a strange and as yet undisclosed 10psi drop in oil pressure, it went very well. Have installed a stronger spring in the pump relief to push the pressure up to 80psi (just in case). Andy, what kind of batteries are you running on your bike? All the best with the ride and those to come after and a warm welcome to one of the most exclusive clubs on the planet. We have tee shirts available if you like LOL

things did not go quite to plan first time out, but at least the oil safety system did as it was meant to, we did sort the problem and hoped to run again Sunday but time and the amount of people there got better of us, we will be back soon :-)

Hi......
instead of lead acid battery we fitted lipo, the little extra voltage gave a little more oil pressure, which in turn put more load on supply amp's to oil pump, tripping out circuit barker on oil pump :-) but other than that all went well, engine ran cooler, bike felt a good place to be :-)
more work to do, more testing

Hi Andy
Bummer, always the little things :-( ..............it must have been the day for it , I ended up having a 30 minute ambulance ride to hospital when my "plumbing" decided to block up , ......LOL, sitting here typing with a "piss bag" strapped to my leg , ........it ain't a pretty sight :-)
Yep, more testing required , you looked pretty good straddling her ready for some action , just a minor hiccup on whats been a rather fast build , you should be very proud to have even got her onto the strip in such a short time.
Cheers John
