Hi Anders

I canĀ“t help but wonder how far the development has been taken by the time I retire, only 35 years or so left.

Hi Mark
Roughly 2 hours work and very messy , I've got "dust" all over everything , but it was a straight forward job :-)

Hi Smithy Thanks for the offer :-) I've arranged to get it done at Expressway Spares, www.expressway.com.au/ , just 30 minutes up the highway , they have their own fully equiped inhouse turbo overhaul workshop and are use to working on "big stuff", they've been very accomodating to me in the past when needing V bands as they carry a good stock of heavy duty sizes. You're more than welcome for a cuppa and a chat anytime :-) Hows the afterburner coming along ?? Cheers John

All good then....will definitely take you up on the offer of a cup of tea though..! New AB pipe is all mounted up and ready to test....I'll post a photo or two in the proper thread this evening. Am hoping to get testing done in the next week or so....so much to do...so little free time The pipe itself looks really nice too, when it's all sorted and I know it works well I'll organize a pair of support struts for the rear end...she's a tad heavy to be hanging out in the breeze all by itself..! It's similar in length to your original but now has divergent cone from 6" to 8", then a straight ~40cm piece of 8", then convergent down to the original exit size of ~106mm. Am hoping it will be as good as Andy's..!

Hi Smithy
Sweet , can't wait to see how it looks and works , an 8 incher will probably look better, more in proportion to the turbo size, than the skinny 6 incher I fitted
Yep , drop in any time :-)
Cheers John
