I've honestly never seen anything quite like that. My guess would be some sort of turbopump/atomizer combo.

Looks like an ejector style pump...the label supports this idea since it states a motive flow and an induced flow.
I am not sure what is could have been used on especially since it says fuel air....my first thought was a fuel ejector for dumping fuel in an emergency.
Good luck!

Its not a pump, inside the nozzle is a big flapper valve, before the lack of a better word where the fuel would come in,Cant get a good picture of it because it is so buried so deep inside injector,it appears to be just a flapper valve. AS far as a type of fuel dump system, its is something that i had considederd, but having worked at an airport for close to 30 years and talked to many a flight crew about dumping fuel to lighten the load after an emergency, that there is no way that you could dump enough fuel to make any differance in the time alotted.I also live live near 2 big military bases that fly helicopters,F16,F15 all manner of tanker aircraft, nobody ha s seen any thing like this. You could not poosible dump enough fuel through this thing in a timely manner.Even on small aircraft,[fighter jets]
