john
If you have problems with that ignition, look in the hease system I mad with the Spark plug adaptor. It works great once I figured the fuel/air mixture.

Good work John, it looks like a fast cart. Too bad that the A/B didn´t ignite, as you say it should have produced billowing clouds of diesel smoke so there must have been something stopping the fuel from reaching the A/B. I only you lived closer we would have borrowed you a GoPro HD camera, it sounds like the mic in your camera doesen´t like jet exhaust noice very much... ;D

Hi Anders
LOL, the camera isn't the only one that gets "offended" by jet blast , ........ my ears are happier with freepower "growl" ;-)
The thrust makes the kart chassis bend a bit in the middle at full power , guess it will get worse once the A/B ignites and adds another 60 pounds of thrust.
Have made some mods to the systems from recommendations by more experienced A/B jetjocks on DIY , we'll see how they workout , maybe tomorrow if all goes to plan .
Cheers John

Im a very jealous man john Is it just dumping the raw fuel out of the pipe or is it getting lit, but the flame is hard to see? I noticed a flame maybe twice, but yea.. definately more fuel. Looks really good and sounds amazing.

Hi Richard
Yeh , more fuel required, the current amount appears to be burning as theres an orange reflection in the jetnozzle , I probably need twice what I currently have .
Cheers John

just get rid of the pump, it was an unwanted flow restriction in my setup

Just ordered another Bosch 044 pump , 6.4 lpm should be enough with both pumps running :-)
