This might seem really obvious for some, but what size gas torch would be best for silver soldering the SS needles to the brass fuel distribution ring? Obviously one without too much heat would be ideal. Someone must have had some experience in this area At the moment I am considering the size that runs on the readily available butane bottles at hardware stores. I have a turbo torch that runs off an LPG bottle but this is far to big, I have been meaning to purchase something for the smaller projects so this is a good an excuse as any to do so. Thanks in advance, Shannon.

I have access to an oxy/lpg gas setup, but I dont own it and I am not sure what size tips are there with it. I should be able to find something about the size of that Sievert.

I use one of these for brazing. Pretty sure there's a handful of other brands that make them too. Map gas and oxy. Works very well. Can adjust the flame down to a very fine pinpoint. Good alternative to an oxy/acet kit
