Roughly how much oil should flow through the turbo? Not really looking for a specific number, just kind of an idea.

Not sure on exacty flow rate - I would think that is different for every turbo. Instead, its easier to talk oil pressure.
I would try and target at least 1 bar above boost (P2) pressure.
To play it safe, set oil pressure 2 bar for startup (estimating the P2 will be 1 bar at idle), 4bar under load.
