As I mentioned in a earlier email , 200 HP could be produced from a suitable freepower turbine wheel placed downstream of this gas producer.
Any fan would need to be sized so as to be compatable with that 200 hp , either small with higher rpm and air pressure/velocity , or larger with lower rpm and lower pressures/velocity sorta like a prop ,or anything inbetween. it would depend on the designed aircraft speed as to which would be applicable .

Using a free wheel would be hard to make in a compact form, it would require two shafts and a one hallow. can't i use a direct planetary gearbox?
