What syringe size do you use?

Choice of syringe size is based on max fuel pump pressure as well as the engine type. If we go for a max fuel pressure of say 70 psi , then if we run 40 psi P2 , we want to be able to flow enough fuel at a 30 psi pressure drop across the syringe , this "highish" pressure is required for our micro type engine where theres a difference in hydrostatic head between the syringes at the top of the engine and the bottom , especially at low idle fuel pressures . For a sore thumb combustor we can generally get away with lower pressure drops so larger bore syringe needles can be used , or just drilled holes as I did on the two shaft kart jetandturbineowners.proboards.com/thread/40/2-shaft-turbine-kart-build?page=2 where I used 4 holes at 0.7 mm dia to feed the 4 evap tubes , something like an 18 G syringe would do , the length of the needle will affect the required pressure drop , the longer it is the harder it is to force the fuel through

Whats 1056smm x12 work out to be in a hole size im thinking it would be good to keep the primary holes and even number same as the evaps

The placement of your Primary holes is important , with my evap systems such as the GT60 jetandturbineowners.proboards.com/attachment/download/178 you'll notice pairs of holes at the top of the FT that discharge across the outlet of each evap tube. Further down the FT there are largish holes centred between evap tubes , those Primary holes have been "bent", using a punch inserted into them, to orientate the hole so that it discharges up between the tubes to produce recirculation . To shorten the burning process we need to mix the fuel and air as quickly as possible , and in such a large diameter FT care will need to be taken with hole placement to achieve that objective .
