On thing I'm not sure about is the oil ring on turbine was missing when I got it.so without one the oil jet for the bearings might leak into the housing I could turn up a ring just not sure what to make it from

I've used small piston rings as seals , got them from the mower centre , out of a " whipper snipper"

Made a nice little injection nozzle for the interstage in thinking of faceing it upstream to get the best results.thought mat as well just add it while I'm putting things together then I can test at any point.

Azwood,
Some suggestions for the spray system.
You will need to make provisions for a slow starting feed into that flow path. The flow path will be saturated in heat and if you were to suddenly pressurize it with a liquid, the lead in liquid in contact with the hot metal tubing @ 1000'F+ will flash to vapor and potentially burst the tube or nozzle. Maybe even damage the pump or feed system. Design the feed system with the anticipation there can be severe water hammer.
If you can, minimize the length and internal volume of the hot plumbing leading up to the spray nozzle. The ID being ~8X the diameter of the spray nozzle orifice. Insulate the feed tube with a concentric outer tube of moving bleed air and it will shield the feed tube from the extreme temperatures.
You dont want liquids rapidly flowing into a super hot flow passage with a flow restriction at it's end. (((BANG!)))

Set up things today to true the wheel where something rubbed in the blown turbo this is by far the best method I could cum up with the sanding wheels work a treat on inconil.

I think a bypass setup will be best pumps don't prime well with pressure blowing in the nozzle.i worked that out from my evaporation injection tubes.

Did some tests with a 1mm jet and a small EFI pump 45psi seems to work ok more pressure would be better.
