Little known- was one of 6 custom built of a NASA hypersonic model test plane. 4 were commissioned and this is one of the 2 left. Thrust is 90 lbs and 150 lbs with afterburner. Runs on jet A with oil mixed in. Spools up with air, so we have a scuba tank on board to provide 300psi for spooling. Mapp gas has to start combustion before adding full fuel. Interesting and Fun engine. Also have an extreme smoke system and flamethrower!

You did very well to get a 66% increase in thrust from the afterburner addition, generally we can only obtain an ~40% increase
