The question right now is; what on earth have you promised your wife to get thumbs up for this build? ;D
When you get the engine up and running it would be very interesting to see a power turbine build for it, there are very few shaft power DIY turbine threads out there so it would certainly raise much interest.

How about a boat project?
I have 12 boats at my dealership that were traded in....You can have them at NO cost. I want them gone....

Let's do it......
I have the perfect 15 foot speed boat.... You will float better than I do, so you drive!

Hello Anders.....a freepower build!?....never been in my thoughts First is that i dont think that this engine be a suitable one with a oversized Turbine wheel, secondly i dont have any suitable freepower turbine wheel! Perhaps not perfectly suitable but still it would produce enough power to make itself useful on a cart or something similar, perhaps a "flakmoped"? (swedish for a three wheeled moped with two wheels in front and a flat storage area in front of the steering column) You don´t need a suitable freepower turbine wheel since you´ll be making your own! Even one made out of a tin can lid would produce torque (well perhaps not but you get the point) so it won´t have to be perfect to work satisfactory.

Good to see that you have started, can´t say I am envious of you having to machine a 10mm stainless sheet though. A helpful hint regarding the pictures, try to resize them to 500 width before you post them. This way we won´t have to side scroll on the page to see the whole picture.

Nice work! The one thing I really really hate to make in metal is bolted flanges, do you have access to CNC-machinery or did you make those by hand?
