I'm out on the water enjoying 'summer fun' here in the 'Evergreen State' (buzzing the bay with my buds).

Hi Richard, It's a single T58 gas turbine coupled to a Speed Decreaser Gearbox (SDG) turning an Arneson ASD-8 Surface Drive. The hull is a Cobra Terminator 30ft Cat that used to race offshore. It's Kevlar and composite construction (very strong and light) so it's perfect for my project.
I 'gutted it' right down to the tanks and it's taken me four years to build it back up (after a year to build the boat house itself).
We're currently in testing and running just shy of triple digits here in the north end of Puget Sound, Washington State. It's a blast to drive and I've still got lots of throttle.
