I have been attempting to find any information on the 1969 AMC Javelin built by Romeo Palamides, powered by Westinghouse J-34 Jet Engine. I understand the car was lost in a fuel fed in car fire and Romeo wrote it off.......has not been seen since 1973. Well a lot of time has passed, there are a few good color picture of the car at the Chicago Auto show. I want to recreate the car for a running display as I am both an an AMC Enthusiast and been in Aerospace Maintenance/Engineering field my whole life.
I have already secured a running J-34 engine and loads of spares, loads of aerospace electrical and mechanical systems parts and have a good donor body......but want to duplicate the car has faithful as possible...but not looking for perfection. Does anyone have any pictures they could share?? or know of any one w=that might have been involved with the original build??
Thank you.

Hello Ross, I don't have any pics of the Romeo Palemides Javelin, but I have a J34 jet dragster with a Palamides after burner that I have some dimensions for if that is any help?
