Quite possibly, compact little unit and looks like a simple voltage in spark out and nothing else to it. Would assume 24v but can't read the tag.

I look at the last photo 14-30DC would that be the input volts  |

A simple 24v should work then, or just use a voltage booster circuit to get closer to 30. With that range of 14-30v I'm guessing it probably has some kind of voltage circuit in it like an alternator charging circuit to normalise the voltage across all range
