hi all.... time has come to start the build of the new engine, am using a hybrid Schwitzer S4T Turbocharger , thanks to Andy at AET turbos..... but as of yet don't have new compressor wheel size, standard is 79 mm hoping for some thing 85 mm or even 90 mm.   Uploaded with ImageShack.us |

Yep hoping to move the weight around a little.... a Little bit more balanced set up, but liter. Don't know what speed she will do, but faster better :-)
Still lots to do, but first event 18th Feb, so all got to be done for then

LOL............oil tanks seem to need extra fittings as time goes by , breathers, temperature g/g bosses , freepower returns , oilpump leakdown drain returns , the list seems to go on and on .

Hi John yep...... some of those, when tank is fitted in kart i can work out best place, then get mate to weld bosses on :-) can not take credit for welding... also got new in line oil filter, its all of 70 mm x 30 mm with 3/8 ports. simlar to this  Uploaded with ImageShack.ushope to get oil system sorted for end of the week :-) |

its coming together, just waiting for few bits, welding etc. but hope to have all done for new year, got event 18th feb, so i hope to have few weeks of testing time :-)
