Solar IH Turbine identifaction help needed

I picked this up this week and is clean with low hours, Tags in pictures are from my unit, overall pic is one i grabbed from google since i didnt have a pic handy. Im looking for info on the turbine, manuals, anything reallly...not sure if i should use this turbine for a project or resell once i have the turbine and generator up and running? whole unit worth 10k? Any advice would be helpfull.

I've been trying to get ahold of the owner of this engine for last 2 years for some info because i have the same on and need to figure out how to start

Start sequence is

Battery Connected
DC CB on
AC cb on
Rotate "Operation Selector" Handle to Manual

Starter should engage and light off.
