Hello everyone
Am glad to see where to post this.
I have been searching through the internet for what is required for setting up a mini factory for a car fender manufacturing.
Please I will need to know what and what are required and where to buy them.
1) A laser cutter with working area of about 1,300mm to 1,500mm well be needed. (Don’t know where to buy it from)
2) a mold will be need (don’t know where to get it done)
Other tools and machines you think will be needed I will like to know them please.

If you are talking about steel panels, you would need a very expensive huge press like this, plus the steel dies

Thanks for the reply.
We are making the press locally, it not going to be that big since it’s only fenders we will be making.
I need to know how to go about getting the die.
The fender will be for a 2005 Toyota Corolla.

You will have to find a tool and die maker to make one that fits in your press.

I will need help on who is going to make the tool and die. I need them standard then I will build the press to match the die. Thanks. |
