The humble beginnings of something BIG; JU-03!

This is welded at 100-120A, no more. 2.4mm Thoriated electrode. But it still gets bloody hot, I cool it with shop air between passes.

I don´t remember what filling a 10kg bottle cost me last time, but it is far from cheap that is for sure.

I assembled the compressor housing to see if everything still fits together or if the welding has warped something.



Everything fits snugly so all is well.

I made a list of all the hydraulic hoses and fittings I need for the fuel system, and if I have time I will go shopping tomorrow after work.

I got most of the fuel hoses made today, I just have to find a transparent return hose.
