TOT Thermocouples & Controllers with Overtemp Protection

Hi all,
For my jet engine I wanted to have a TOT k-type sensor that could not only show live temps (on a digital gauge) but also put out a relay signal for overtemperature protection feature. It will cut the fuel pump relay when it passes the custom setting for overtemp.
I came across these on ebay that I will be using. Cheap enough and good specs.

They also sell heaps of other cheap thermocouple K type sensors with custom lengths, to use for T1 and T2.

This EGT gauge will read and display temperature accurately within +/- 1deg to temperatures up to 1300deg C .
