Are there educational resources for designing and manufacturing a small jet engine with a radial turbine using a turbocharger rotor?

Here I mean building the rest of the parts based on the specifications and dimensions of the turbo charger rotor, and I do not mean using the turbo charger body itself in this process.

I am not aware of a current plan

I for example I only know the plans for the Phoenix 30.3 and the X80.

Both have errors.
