Spark Plug System

I want to test and build the spark plug system for the combustion chamber. What kind of 12V battery is best? I already have the coil and spark plug. However, what is the right configuration for activation? Could an LED single channel flasher circuit act as a capacitor? I have read the document about the "Turbocharger Jet engine Introduction and Requirements", but I still have questions.

What parts do you already have, got any links to the parts or photos?

Do you have an engine built or are you building one or have you bought an ex military engine?

Unless you have experience with high voltage it's best to stick to a simple bbq spark generator like this which uses a AA battery i.ebayimg.com/images/g/nCYAAOSwdntlUZ6M/s-l1200.jpg

The above igniter is perfectly fine for lighting propane on a small engine.

Just a DIY Gas Turbine Engine via a small turbocharger. Ex military engine sounds cool though.

What size turbo and what fuel are you using and how are you injecting it into the combustion chamber

What fuel are you using..... ?

Interested in this. I have used a bbq ignitor but its a relatively weak spark and struggles to start my engines.
Has anybody tried one of these?

That's what most of us use in our ignition boxes which create the big sparks.
