But the main thing is that I don’t trust Chinese engines. They can work 1 minute or they can work for 1000 years also. Sir, do you know about the Chandrayaan 3 Moon landing of India? We did it in $80 million, less than an average Hollywood Movie budget. Then we can also make our own Jet engine within $500, with the help of ‘Jugaad’ and our skills. We have a skilled machinery person. He will manage that and if it requires more amount of money, we will manage that, we will make the world’s cheapest 1kN thrust Jet engine.

Why do you want a 120mm compressor wheel ??

What about a suitable turbine wheel ??

Unless you have a well matched comp/turb you'll have problems .

We have Machinery expert here in our community, he will make the turbine wheel. I dont have any tension about that but I have tension is for the compressor cap (I call it) which will have only 2 mm gap from the compressor fan. I have attached a photo of that.

My 1kN engine weighs about 20kg excluding the large amount of additional ancillaries such as oil pumps, fuel pumps, battery, tanks. It is not suitable for RC aircraft.

According to calculations, if the total weight is 50kg, then the force of gravity will be 500N. Then, atmospheric drag= 100N (MAX). Total thrust = 400N. Then, the acceleration = 400/50 = 8m/s. So, velocity = 8m/s x 60 seconds= 480m/s= 1728 kmh.

1728 Kmh is supersonic. No way you'll build such a plane. Looks like you dont know much and try to get others do the research for you. In my opinion this forum is a place to share knowledge and experience but one has to help himself too. You keep asking questions on an elusive project that makes no sens for a beginner.

You'll need to be one very wealthy 15 year old to make this sort of engine ................BTW , the compressor cover shroud will have a clearance of ~0.3mm , not 2 mm .

Your terminal velocity for the aircraft is determined by a multitude of variables besides just thrust levels , very low drag and small frontal area are very important at high speeds , power required goes up at the SQUARE of velocity, but there will be some increase in engine performance from ram compression at high speeds .................so yes , you should be able to get 600 kph using 100 kgs of thrust in a well designed airframe , but it'll get expensive , better to use a smaller airframe and less power at less cost .................unless of course you intend building a missile that requires that 100 kgs .
