hi
Has anybody got any good ideas for a lubrication system? Am working on a fairly compact a-series mini oil pump based set up but am struggling to find a 12v dc motor with enough torque to drive it in a direct drive way rather than a reduction drive using a belt and pulleys etc.

I'm in the uk, good idea, have looked at golf trolley motors n even engine starter motors but starters cant handle prolonged use. Do you think they have the torque to drive an oil pump directly off the end off the pump drive?
Thanks for the help.

Hi john Does the subaru oil pump you use run off the crankshaft or camshaft originally?

The camshaft ..........................theres a slot milled in the end of the camshaft that the tang on the pump shaft fits into .
Cheers John
