I need HELP

I know that this is not the normal state of affairs, but I am desperate and I need help.
A year ago I orderd at Paul Stender a JFS 100 that he would build in a kart, so I can drive shows.
I had ordered a JFS 100 and with him and he delivered that one in time.
Now I am waiting for almost a year, have $ 3000 down payment and heare nothing more.
First excuses and now no response to mails and phone.
The Jato-forum is my last hope to at least get a portion of my money back.
Is there anyone who can bring me in kontakt with him???

Do you have documentation of the transaction?
I dont know him personally, but I would suggest taking legal action if he is trying to avoid you. The longer you wait, the more this case is going to slip through your fingers.

Based on what you have told us, he either needs to defend himself, or he will lose any reputation he has and will probably be avoided by forum users.

I wish you luck in your case and keep us posted on what is going on.
