The 2 ports may be to connect data acquisition gauges, example, chamber pressure, exhaust temperature or may be used to inject other fuels like nitrous oxide.

Hi Donnie, Thanks for the photos, bloody hell that rocket motor is bigger than mind How much thrust would that thing put out? and did you build it? One more question would a aluminum tank be good to hold the hydrogen peroxide fuel in? Cheers, Mark.

Aluminum is not good with hyd/per due to reaction to impurities and decomposition. Stainless is the only way..

Hi Ernie, Ok will use stainless. I was looking at a web site with a chart showing what type of metals that can be used, a high purity aluminum tank can be used like some of the guys with rocket belts.
Cheers, Mark.

HIGH purity.... Cleaned for oxygen use. Most Alum bottles are rated for 1800 psi. We can get 400 psi scuba type bottles or made for nitrogen use. Let me know if I can help. Ernie www.COMPUCAR NITROUS SYS.

Hi Ernie, Thanks I'll keep that in mind. I basically would like to set the motor up for testing and have some fun with it And i think it would be best to make up a SS tank and build a set up like this. Cheers, Mark.

Im sure you know this already but hydrogen peroxide at that concentration is nothing to mess with. It tends to decompose rapidly when in contact with anything organic and that is just generally unpleasant.
