Hi All, I just got myself a Hydrogen peroxide rocket engine and would like to know if this engine can run on any other fuels as Hydrogen peroxide is hard to get here in Australia. Also what are the 3 ports on the engine what are they for? It looks like the catalyst is in the engine so the peroxide goes in the back port is that right? but what are the other two for?. I am new to rocket engines any help from you guys would be very much appreciated.

Hi Anders, Thanks mate here a bit of info on the engine. This is a custom built rocket engine designed to run with 95%-100% H2O2. It is 8" long and 3" in diameter. The combustion chamber is 4" long and 3" in diameter. The exhaust bell has a 2" exit. It has a built in Silver Screen Catalyst Pack. Weighs 6 pounds at the moment i can only find 35% Hydrogen peroxide here in AUS.
You won´t find anything more concentrated than that on the open market, you will have to refine it yourself (or find someone daft enough to do it for you to get a high enough concentration to use as rocket fuel.

Hi Anders, I took some close up shots of the two ports on the side of the engine. I sent a e mail to the guy who sold me the engine still waiting for a reply. I also found this web site www.tecaeromex.com I'll have a chat with them as i think they are coming down to Aus for the GP to do a show on his rocket belts.
Chris i haven't given up just yet i know a few people who may help out with the peroxide rocket fuel. LOL maybe Ernie can ship that drum down here ;D
no followed by more pics, you f'n tease! I'm sure you've seen the swissrocketman I love that kart w the peroxide turbine, it smoked the tires while hoisting the front wheels and threw the chain and then the guy must have shit when it oversped to pieces

Hi David, Thanks mate! My thinking was i must be the only one here in AUS who has a Hydrogen peroxide rocket engine? I didn't know about your web site, will send you a email as i would like to test this engine out sometime in the future.
