Posting pictures

Hello,
I seem to have a problem posting photos.I have read the postings in the admin threads all to no avail.Do I have to down load or sign up for that imageshack program to post pictures?When I try to post picture I get a line that says "you must provide a valid auth token or dev key". Any thoughts/ideas/help?

I really dont kow why you would have to sign up to use it. You could also try photobucket here: beta.photobucket.com/
