Wanted Numbus FPT shaft

Hello all,

I am in looking for a free power turbine shaft for a RR Nimbus. The exploded drawing shows an earlier version with the gear and shaft as separate items (no:2) as you can see from the pic the one I need has the shaft and gear as one.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

are you the one making the land speed car? There's a few guys in the UK who converted these to thrust they may have what you need.

Yes that's me, I have seen the UK guys but cant find out how to contact them, so that is why I thought I would post here and may be able to make contact. Does any one have details for someone that has done a thrust conversion?

Iam one of the uk guys :-)... dont have nimbus my self, but will be seeing Andy saturday the guy with one in the mini, will ask him if he has a spare or if he knows of any one that does. Again will ask him about thrust conversion

I'm another of the UK guys.

I've got one. BUT, it has minor damage to the top row of thread on the nut end. I drifted it out as I was just going to use it for a desk ornament.

Don't know if you would be interested in that?


edit: pics! The top bearing inner race and bottom shroud and bearing are still attached obviously. I've arrowed the bent bit of thread.
