Do not drink..... But I have some GREAT pain pills since I fell in my shop and dislocated my right shoulder, chipped both knee caps, bruised ribs and fractured left shoulder. Getting better but nerves in back keep cramping..
Pill time ... more drugs please..

Today I got the handlebars I bought on Ebay a month ago, they are beautifully made and fits like a glove. This is what they look like in place, the driving position is actually not so bad as it might look. Later will ask my feancee to take a couple of pics with me on it in fully dressed in the motorcycle suit and helmet just so I can see how much space there is for the upper frame tube. After that I started milling the rear wheel brackets (hardly the right word but you get the point) out of a pair of 15mm steel plates. This is what they look like now, they need a pair of chain tensioners welded to them before they are finished. Fitted to the frame jig. Cheers!

Kinda sounds like a record that keeps playing the same track, but your build's realy something else. Particularly the aloy dick, now that's a bloody work of art. Would make a fine hood decal wouldn't you think? XD

Thanks Stefan, I hope it turns out the way I have planned. I tested the driving position today and it is actually pretty comfortable, no excessive leg angles and not too much weight on the wrists.

Does swing arm length make a differance on the ice?

There won´t be any swing arm, the rear wheel will be mounted directly to the frame and won´t be suspended in any way.
There is just not room enough for a swing arm and damper, and I figure that any discomfort while riding will be endurable since I won´t exactly take it for a trip across Europe... ;D

Flames are for wannabe bikers, won´t come any near this bike unless they are coming out of the jet pipe. I made the upper frame tube today, many wrongly bent pieces of chrome moly were thrown in the scrap bin but finally I managed to get it right. Won´t weld anything before the rest of the frame is made. Cheers!

Capes are for REAL bikers. Get a cape and put a large fan in front of the bike so it looks like your going really fast

I don't think he's going to need a fan when he's done XD

My thought on the swing arm was, if you move the rear tire farther back, would that give you more room for exhaust piping and reduce the chance of hot legs?
A rigid frame will be easier to drive. Any estimated speed #'s.
