Please Help!! I can't identify a Garett/Airesearch turbine

I was recently given a Turbine Engine and need help identifying it.  So far here are the numbers that I have pulled off of it.

363473  23
P-6208
383864-2-1

I believe the 383864-2-1 is the model number of the transmission/ gear box.  However that still doesn't tell me anything about it.  
Does anyone know where I can go or who to ask to get more information about this engine?

Hi, I have one of those and it's not a turbine engine. What i know it uses bleed air from the main engine to spin up the turbine which i was told this unit is for a generator.
