Got my first turbine out of storage, you can see inside while it's running.

Really neat that you can see the combustion while running it, very useful for engine tuning! Good to see some "normal" DIY turbines here as well, I was starting to fear that John and I had set the standard so high that people wouldn´t want to post threads about more basic builds. They are just as fun to read about and much more prone to actually run when intended to. ;D

Very nice, love the way you can see inside the thing.. Kinda interesting the way the point of combustion is influenced by RPMs.

Hi Guys, I thought i'll post some pics of my first DIY engine which i built 4 years ago, took me about 12 mouths to build and had no help from any one, except Russ from bad brothers racing. She started the first go no problems. Cheers, Mark.. Attachments:

I am just as curious, he posted regular updates on his turbine-bike and then he just stopped without a word. Did he ever get that thing running?

Hi Guys
I heard he ran into some pretty heavy family problems that put a stop to everything :-(

Hi Guys, As John said lots of family problems which i think got in the way of he's turbine projects. He did get the bike running and also got it regestered to ride on the road, but that was it didin't here from him after that. Maybe one day he will get back on to he's projects, I would like to know what happened to the jet bike? ??
