It looks to me to be out of a Garrett APU...the flange connection at the inlet side looks similar to my Garrett GTC/GTCP-85s. The forward flange will have three threaded holes for bolting in the fuel injector and clamping the cap on. Now, the combustors in mine are straight tubes, not the stepped louver that this one is, but they have been making these APUs for a very long time and it is likely just a variant of one of them. Maybe it's out of a GTCP100?
