Prior to completing my turbine, I decided to try building a pulse-jet, using a Heineken mini keg for the housing. The housing is only .021" thick, not sure if it will hold up. I've seen some interesting things made from these kegs, but never a pulse-jet.

Hi All, Right in the middle of my turbine build, I've decided to try to get my pulse jet going. Making a ginormous carburetor from stainless bits, I found at charity resale shops. Feedng fuel inside the combustion chamber didn't work, this is plan B. I'm easily distracted by bright shinny objects (especially ones made from stainless),,,lol. Regards Jeff   |
