I'm going to try and sell my J-44 engine here after 3 "Buy Now" sales on eBay that buyers never paid for, it's a turn key setup. i have finally got the right 24 volt DC starter for it yesterday (very hard to find)will post a video of everything that comes with it later today when starter is installed.
