You might need to run the engine to confirm if the cooling holes are doing their job .
Are the cooling hole areas added into each zones allotment of area ??

Yes there are 50 3mm holes in the primary and also 50 in the secodary and 2 rows in the final. I have split the zones evenly 1/3 each area.
I am considering making some short tubes for the inside of the c/c to punch the air into the middle. Maybe every 2nd hole of the upper row of the primary zone if that makes sense.

Nope , those upper primary holes need to be positioned adjacent to each evap tube outlet to do the mixing and to force the mixture into the center of the flametube so as to heat the other legs of the tubes

Hi followers, Same old story with life getting in the way here we are almost a year later, I have pulled the pieces of this project from the shed and will start chipping away at it again. The combustion chamber has been made and drilled and if it requires re-designing so be it, its semi consumable anyways Next mission will be the fuel injection needles. This I have no idea about and am hoping someone could steer me in the right direction. I know I have a 70.5mm DIA compressor and 5 injectors but no idea on what gauge needle I might need or even what size to start with for testing? I haven’t sorted a pump yet but was hoping to use an EFI pump I think they are good for 120 PSI, I may need 2 for the mass flow. Link below is for eBay hypodermic needles with many different gauge flavours www.ebay.com.au/itm/142902429872?hash=item2145a608b0:g:cd8AAOSwdvxdrvdH&frcectupt=trueThanks & regards,

On my TV84 ( 88 mm inducer) kart build I used 4 X 0.7mm dia injection holes for the fuel to the evaps .
You may need to use 20G needles
