So good news its had a test run on lpg with great success she runs like a charm no flame out the back and a nice smooth idle.i was a little shocked first time the lpg ignited and made a decent bang but i got used to it i dident bring it much past idle and only ran for about 25 seconds untill the probes in the jet tube dont want to wreck anything.

Nice work, looking forward to video....
can i suggest you get your self, if you don't all ready have a video camera, even one of the cheap go-pro type from ebay, £25 uk, having video of testing can be a useful toll, when running the engine there is so much to take in, having a record of what happening, can and has been for me helpful in finding issues. Not only that we all get to share in what you are doing

Anyone had problems with gas flow when its cold weather it woulent sustain like yesterday

If you're running on propane, the ambient temperature will have a significant effect on the vapor pressure.

Looking at that pic id say it wasonly 5 degrees outside and with the sustain presure being 6 odd psi i can see why i had problems

Sit your cylinder in a bucket of warm water, 30 - 40 degrees C should be enough , it'll increase your vapour pressure and act as a "heat sink" to help maintain the vapour pressure as you draw off fuel , ...........for a large turbo like yours , LPG is really only of any use as a prewarmer or pilot flame for the liquid fuel
